By downloading, accessing, or using Sequence Studio ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Sequence Studio is a class-planning tool for Pilates instructors, allowing users to build, organize, and store class sequences, movement libraries, and interval timers.

Accounts

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

Subscriptions

Sequence Studio offers a free tier (15 free classes, lifetime) and a paid subscription ("Sequence Studio Pro") at $8.99/month or $59.99/year, billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.


  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

Content and Conduct

Any class, movement, or note content you create in the App remains yours. You agree not to use the App to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Fitness Disclaimer

Sequence Studio is a planning and organizational tool for fitness instructors. It does not provide medical or fitness advice, and movement descriptions in the App should not be treated as a substitute for professional training, certification, or judgment. Instructors are solely responsible for the safety and appropriateness of any class they teach.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its underlying code are owned by Sequence Studio. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sequence Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
